The V-Force 4 Reed Valve Set features a host of innovative design elements to optimize airflow and enhance engine performance. The reed cage has been widened to maximize airflow, while the airfoil shape at the cage tip increases air velocity from the outer ports. A redesigned manifold, reed cage, and air guide contribute to the overall enhanced performance of the VForce4R system. The combined reed tip area has been increased by 10.5%, further boosting total airflow. The long reed stops are designed to progressively slow petal tip velocity, improving petal durability. Additionally, the central wing's frontal area has been reduced by 15.6% and combined with a more aerodynamic shape. Pre-curved reed petals ensure a better seal at the tip, and the rubber overmolding on the reed tip surface of the cage further enhances petal life. Made with a new reed petal resin system, carbon fiber, and lay-up, this reed valve set guarantees superior durability and performance.
