Vertex Cast Piston Kit - 55.95mm Bore - 144cc - Size A - 23383A

Upgrade your 2-stroke engine with the Vertex Cast Replica Piston Kit. Designed as an OE replacement, this kit provides improved performance and longevity for your 144cc engine. Experience faster break-in times and enhanced piston life thanks to advanced materials and construction.

Description

The Vertex Cast Replica Piston Kit is engineered for optimal performance and durability. Manufactured from gravity-cast aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, this piston offers excellent wear resistance and thermal stability. The piston undergoes a T-5 heat treatment, a hardening and tempering cycle that enhances its structural integrity. A high-tech Molybdenum Disulphite coating is applied to the piston skirt, significantly reducing friction during initial operation, leading to a faster break-in period and prolonged piston life. This kit is a direct OE replacement, ensuring a hassle-free installation and perfect fit. Ideal for enthusiasts and professionals seeking reliable performance and extended engine life.
