The Vertex Cast Replica Piston Kit provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for rebuilding your 2-stroke engine. Crafted to OEM specifications, this piston kit ensures optimal performance and longevity.
Description
This Vertex piston is gravity-cast from an aluminum alloy with an 18% silicone content, creating a light yet exceptionally strong piston. The replica piston mirrors the original equipment (OE) form, guaranteeing a precise fit and function. Each piston undergoes a T-5 heat treatment, hardening and tempering cycle to enhance its structural integrity. The piston skirt features a high-tech Molybdenum Disulphide coating, which reduces friction for faster break-in and extends the piston's lifespan. Ideal for enthusiasts and professionals seeking a dependable replacement, this kit delivers consistent performance and durability.
