Description
The Terry Components Starter Motor is meticulously assembled in the U.S.A. using heavy-duty components. Each starter undergoes rigorous testing with state-of-the-art equipment to guarantee optimal performance. Critical components such as the solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs are replaced with stronger, more durable alternatives. The clutch shaft and rollers are upgraded with precision-ground and hardened parts, extending the starter's service life. A special lubricant is applied to all components during assembly, specifically formulated for starter roller clutch applications. The CNC-machined billet mounting noses are securely fastened with aerospace-grade fasteners, providing exceptional strength and stability. Each 1.4 kW starter motor is dyno-tested, including hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform analysis to ensure top-notch quality and reliability.
