The Terry Components Starter Motor delivers 1.6 kW of robust power. Nippondenso starters are assembled in the USA using upgraded components for enhanced performance and lifespan. We replace the solenoid plunger, return damper, and springs with stronger alternatives. The clutch shaft and rollers are replaced with precision-ground and hardened parts, guaranteeing extended service. All components are assembled with a specialized lubricant specifically designed for starter roller clutch applications. The CNC-machined billet mounting noses are securely fastened with aerospace-grade fasteners. Each starter undergoes comprehensive dyno testing, including hi-low voltage, stall torque, solenoid engagement, amperage draw, load test, maximum RPM, and motor impulse waveform analysis to ensure optimal operation and quality control.
