S&S Hooligan Big Bore Kits – Engine

Whether you're Hooligan Flat-Track Racing or just want more power, the S&S Hooligan kits for 2000-2022 Evolution Sportster will give you an edge on the competition. Boost that 883 to 1200cc or your 1200 to 1250cc. These are easy to install bolt-on big bore kits that do not require any extra machining and no rebalancing of the crankshaft. Kits include pistons, piston rings, cylinders, head & base gaskets, 482 series camshafts and premium tappets to make the most out of the added displacement. S&S claims an 80% horsepower increase for a stock 883. And when combined with an S&S air cleaner and performance exhaust you even can get up to 85 horsepower. These kits use the stock heads, pushrods, and fuel system and are available in silver or black powder coat that matches stock finish.
Note: 1250 kits must be used with XL1200 cylinder heads
