The S&S Cycle Valve Spring Kit is engineered to enhance the performance and durability of your '48-'65 Panhead or Shovelhead engine. These springs are compatible with stock-style bottom collars, valve guides, and valves with stock 3/8" stems and keepers. The kit also supports thin-stem valves when used with thicker keepers that maintain proper valve stem-top collar engagement. Late single bottom collars are included for use in S&S cylinder heads for Shovelheads and stock late '81-'85 heads, providing versatile application options. Built to handle cams with up to 0.550" lift, this valve spring kit ensures proper valve closure and prevents valve float, improving overall engine performance and reliability.
