This S&S Cycle Super Stock® engine case is expertly machined from A356 T-6 aluminum alloy, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The bearing races are line honed, and the breather cavity is precision machined to optimize breather timing for maximum oil scavenging, contributing to improved engine efficiency and longevity. Designed for use with 3.4375" cylinders, the case features tapped 1/4"-20 holes for gear covers, oil pump, tappet guides, timer, and timer advance, providing versatile compatibility. It also utilizes Timken® style sprocket shaft bearings for enhanced reliability. Drilled for 5/16" generator mounting bolts, this case is specifically designed for generator-equipped engines. Important to know

This kit includes crankcase bolts, washers, nuts, cylinder mounting studs, timing hole plug, magnetic drain plug, assorted breather and oil line fittings, top end oil screen spring and plug, sprocket shaft Timken® bearing assembly, oil seal, pinion shaft main bearing race, cam needle bearing assembly, and oil pump shaft bushings. Installation instructions are also included.

Generator crankcase gear kit (includes circuit breaker drive gear, idler gear, circuit breaker gear and shims) and shafts must be purchased separately.

'63-'65 models with outside oil lines must use oil port to the rear of the tappet block or oil port in gear cover and use custom oil lines.

'65 models use '65 alloy inner primary.
