Description
The S&S Cycle Cam Chest Kit for M8 engines is precision-engineered for maximum performance and longevity. The billet aluminum oil pump and cam plate feature independent scavenge sections for both the flywheel cavity and cam chest, ensuring efficient oil return and reduced oil temperatures. Debris screens in both pickups and a magnet in the cam chest prevent contaminants from entering the oil pump. With increased flow capacity and an adjustable pressure relief valve, this kit provides superior oil control. The included S&S high-performance cam chain tensioner ensures precise cam timing and reduced wear. S&S Quickee pushrods and precision tappets, along with billet aluminum tappet cuffs, enhance valve train stability, especially at high RPM. The hard anodized black coating on the tappet cuffs resists wear and eliminates distortion. This kit includes all necessary gaskets, bearings, and hardware for a straightforward installation.
