Description
The S&S Cycle Flywheel Assembly is engineered for demanding applications, providing a robust foundation for your high-performance engine build. Precision machining and consistent balance ensure smooth operation, while the heat-treated 4140 steel construction delivers exceptional strength – twice as strong as stock components. The connecting rods are designed using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to eliminate weak spots, ensuring maximum durability. The balance gear is pre-installed for easy installation, eliminating the need to weld the crankpin. Ideal for 114" and 117" displacement engines with S&S cylinders and pistons. Note that this flywheel assembly is not recommended for compression ratios higher than 10.0:1 for Tri Glide or other three-wheel models (including conversions).
