• Material must be removed from the inner surface of the stock gear cover for installation.
• A hydraulic press and other professional-level tools are required for installation.
• Cam bearings and gaskets must be replaced during installation.
• S&S recommends using an adjustable pushrod/cover kit (sold separately).
• Due to the nature of gear drives, increased valve train noise may be noticeable.
• Installer must check coil bind, valve-to-valve clearance, and valve-to-piston clearance.
• Not recommended for engines with compression ratios greater than 10.1:1.
