The S&S Cycle Sidewinder® Big Bore Kit is engineered for a straightforward bolt-in installation, eliminating the need for machining, balancing, or splitting the crankcases. The innovative design allows for installation with the engine still in the frame, saving valuable time and labor. Featuring a cast ductile iron sleeve within a cast aluminum cylinder, this kit ensures superior heat transfer and optimal engine cooling. Specifically, the 88" engines are boosted to 100", while the 96" and 103" engines are boosted to a robust 110". A 10.5:1 compression ratio when paired with stock 85cc heads provides a streetable and dependable engine that responds exceptionally well to performance camshafts, offering a significant increase in power and torque throughout the RPM range. This complete kit includes everything needed for the upgrade, including cylinders, forged pistons, rings, piston pins, clips, and gaskets.
