The S&S Cycle Bolt-In Sidewinder® Big Bore Kit is engineered for enthusiasts seeking a substantial performance upgrade. This kit increases the displacement of your 96" and 103" engines to a thrilling 110", delivering noticeable gains in both horsepower and torque. Featuring a 10.5:1 compression ratio (when used with stock 85cc heads), this kit provides excellent street manners while remaining responsive to performance camshaft upgrades. The cast ductile iron sleeve, encased in cast aluminum, ensures superior heat transfer, contributing to engine longevity and consistent performance. Installation is straightforward, as this kit bolts directly in without requiring any machining, balancing, or crankcase splitting, and can often be performed with the engine still mounted in the frame.
