The RadiusCX 4.0 features an updated EXP assembly with a redesigned base material, providing better strength in high-temperature environments. This is critical for managing the intense heat generated within clutch systems. The internal wall bases have also been redesigned for enhanced strength and rigidity, which translates to a more connected lever feel for the rider, offering improved control and responsiveness. The friction pads on the EXP disk now match the proprietary friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates. This design helps match oil flow characteristics within the clutch pack, promoting improved cooling capability and consistent operation, preventing clutch fade during aggressive riding. The new EXP 4.0 wedges have been improved to use rolling contact with built-in pins.
