Description
The Rekluse RadiusCX 4.0 Clutch Kit features an updated EXP (expanding friction disk) assembly designed for superior performance. The base material has been enhanced to provide better strength in high-temperature environments, crucial for handling the heat generated by modern clutch systems. Internal wall bases have been redesigned for increased strength and rigidity, translating to a more connected lever feel for the rider. The friction pads on the outside of the EXP disk now match the proprietary friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates. This design optimizes oil flow characteristics throughout the clutch pack, significantly improving cooling capability and ensuring consistent operation. EXP 4.0 wedges have been upgraded to utilize rolling contact with built-in pins. This innovative rolling pin design reduces friction and resistance compared to sliding mechanisms, resulting in smoother engagement, a more responsive feel, and stronger overall power delivery.
