The Rekluse RadiusCX 4.0 clutch kit features an updated EXP assembly constructed with a base material that provides exceptional strength in high-temperature environments, crucial for managing clutch-generated heat. The internal wall bases have been redesigned to enhance strength and rigidity, translating to a more connected and responsive lever feel for the rider. The friction pads now incorporate the proprietary friction design found on Rekluse TorqDrive clutch plates, optimizing oil flow characteristics throughout the clutch pack for improved cooling and consistent performance. EXP 4.0 wedges now utilize rolling contact with built-in pins, reducing friction and resistance compared to sliding mechanisms. This results in smoother engagement, a more responsive feel, and stronger overall power delivery.
