Description
The Moose Offroad Standard CV Axle is engineered to withstand the most demanding conditions. Manufactured in an ISO9001 and TS16949 certified factory, this axle features a precision-machined and heat-treated solid chromoly steel center shaft, cages, races, and ball bearings, resulting in components up to 35% stronger than stock axles. Induction heat-treated joints are packed with high-performance moly grease, ensuring smooth operation and longevity. High-strength spring steel retaining clips are utilized where required for secure assembly. Each axle is fully assembled for easy installation and features precision rolled splines and threads for a precise fit. Stainless steel dust boot clamps provide a secure seal against contaminants, further extending the axle's lifespan.
