Description
The Moose Offroad Front Sprocket is precision-machined from high tensile strength, impact and wear-resistant chromoly steel to minimize deformation under stress. The inner splines are meticulously broached to maximize the contact area between the spline and countershaft, effectively distributing driveline forces across the largest possible surface. This design ensures optimal power transfer and reduces the risk of premature wear or failure. Each sprocket undergoes rigorous quality checks using a Computer Measurement Machine (CMM) to ensure precise adherence to OEM design specifications. Finally, a heat treatment process is applied, followed by a nickel coating, to enhance corrosion resistance and improve lubricity, guaranteeing long-lasting performance in harsh environments. Available for a wide range of applications including Two Wheel Dirt, ADV, and ATV applications.
