Description
Built with a tread compound made of special polymers and high carbon black content, the MCE 6 Days Extreme features a multi-ply stable carcass, reinforced with a protective layer directly under the tread surface. The tread design incorporates a large distance between the lugs for optimum self-cleaning in mud and dirt, ensuring effective braking. Lateral lugs provide cornering stability and lateral grip, while alternating lug geometry optimizes traction and directionality for superior acceleration out of corners. Available in multiple compounds including MEDIUM, SOFT, and EXTRA SOFT, riders can choose the perfect match for specific race conditions.

Important to know
Prolonged use at high speeds on the road at all temperatures is not recommended. For optimal performance of the Extra Soft compound, the ideal range of use starts a few degrees above 0°C (colder operating conditions lead to poorer performance). Metzeler Mousse (IP: 9253200 E-18H1-SOFT (FLAT) and IP: 9338100 MOUSSE E-18H1-SUPER SOFT) can be used in conjunction with this tire for optimal performance; the SOFT mousse simulates an equivalent air pressure of approximately 0.3 bar.
