The Magnum Shielding XR Handlebar Installation Kit is designed to simplify your handlebar upgrade, especially for ape hanger styles paired with 2" risers. This all-inclusive package features everything from throttle and idle cables (or fully terminated throttle-by-wire extensions) to a clutch cable or hydraulic clutch line, and high-performance XR DOT brake lines. You'll also find copper crush washers, necessary hardware, and fully terminated turn signal and switch wiring extensions, ensuring a complete and hassle-free installation. All components are crafted to meet or exceed OE specifications for fitment, construction, and endurance, guaranteeing a low-effort, high-efficiency operation.
Experience superior braking response and durability with the Magnum XR Brake Lines, constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel embedded in a tough, abrasion-resistant black vinyl outer jacket. These DOT FMVSS-106 compliant brake lines provide reliable stopping power, though DOT certification is valid only in the USA. Kits featuring manifolds utilize an all-brazed construction for optimal OE fitment and appearance, complete with -3 AN connections for straightforward installation.
