Description

The Magnum Shielding Viking Handlebar features a patented internal design that simplifies the installation of complete wiring harnesses. The innovative design creates ample space within the handlebar's peak, allowing the entire wiring harness—including factory vinyl covering, terminal connections, and shrink sleeves—to pass through without chafing. A unique flaring process and burr-free internal radius provide additional clearance in the peak, further easing installation. These 1-1/4" diameter handlebars are preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving to simplify the wiring process: simply insert the harness into the sleeving and pull it through. Manufactured with high-quality construction, including smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts, burr-free internal wiring holes, and electronic throttle control slots, these handlebars offer an unsurpassed appearance and reliable performance. They feature a 1" diameter center section, 3-1/2" on-center knurling, and are compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches.

Important to know

These Viking handlebars have a 1" diameter center section and fit 1" risers. Models originally equipped with handlebars larger than 1" will require changing the risers to a 1" ID version. Not for use with stock risers or handlebar clamp/gauge mount clamp on 883C and 1200C models.
