The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve utilizes a one-piece stainless-steel construction with a stellite tip, offering exceptional strength and heat resistance. A special nitriding process, featuring a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, dramatically improves wear properties and reduces friction. This advanced treatment provides superior corrosion resistance, outperforming hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. The valve's lightweight design and optimized profile enhance flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, it can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances for optimal oil control and heat dissipation.
