Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for enhanced durability. A specialized nitriding process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improves wear properties and minimizes friction. This treatment provides exceptional corrosion resistance and outperforms hard chromium and electrolytic nickel plating. The lightweight design and optimized profile of the valve promote excellent flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine performance. Furthermore, this valve is compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels and can be used with cast iron and bronze guides, allowing for tighter tolerances for superior oil control and heat dissipation.
