Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip for exceptional durability. A special nitriding process, with a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, fortifies the valve, enhancing wear properties and reducing friction. This process provides excellent corrosion resistance and outperforms hard chromium and electrolysis nickel-plating. Its lightweight design and optimized profile promote excellent flow characteristics, ensuring efficient engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at close tolerances for maximum oil control and heat dissipation.
