Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from a single piece of stainless steel and features a stellite tip for exceptional durability. A specialized nitriding process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002", significantly improves wear properties and reduces friction. This treatment provides enhanced corrosion resistance and outperforms hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. The valve's lightweight design and optimized profile deliver excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides at tight tolerances, promoting optimal oil control and heat dissipation.
