Description
The Kibblewhite Nitrided Valve is constructed from one-piece stainless steel and features a stellite tip, providing exceptional durability and heat resistance. A special nitriding process, with a .002" depth and .0002" surface buildup, further enhances wear properties and reduces friction. This treatment offers excellent corrosion resistance and outperforms hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. Its lightweight design and optimized profile ensure excellent flow characteristics, making it ideal for both performance and reliability. Compatible with both leaded and unleaded fuels, this valve can be used with cast iron and bronze-type guides, allowing for tight tolerances, maximum oil control, and efficient heat dissipation.
