The Kibblewhite Intake Valve and Spring Kit is engineered to provide superior performance and longevity. Converting to stainless steel Black Diamond intake valves offers up to 4x the lifespan compared to OEM titanium components, reducing maintenance and improving reliability. This kit includes everything needed to convert your head, featuring forged one-piece stainless steel intake valves, wound chrome-silicon heat-treated wire valve springs, ultra-light titanium retainers, and hardened steel bases. Each component is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A.) software, combined with proprietary camshaft analysis and spring design software, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility. Designed specifically for intake applications, this conversion kit is a direct replacement for your original parts, ensuring ease of installation and a perfect fit. All Kibblewhite components are proudly made in the USA, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. The valve head diameter is 31.00 mm, with a stem diameter of 4.980 mm and a 20° tulip angle. Spring seat pressure is 50 lb and open pressure is 145 lb at 0.345" lift.
