Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of high-quality EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its meticulously crafted profile optimizes flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine efficiency. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002". This treatment enhances wear properties, reduces friction, and delivers superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed with Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on a computerized flow bench, this valve guarantees optimal performance. The stem is coated with black nitroneg for added durability. Proudly made in the USA.
