Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its innovative design features optimized profiles for excellent flow characteristics, maximizing your engine's efficiency. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface buildup. This significantly enhances wear properties, reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and tested on computerized flow benches, each valve guarantees optimal performance and reliability. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction. Proudly made in the USA, these valves represent the pinnacle of engine valve technology.
