Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 stainless steel, offering exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its meticulously engineered profile ensures excellent flow characteristics, optimizing your engine's efficiency. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a surface buildup of 0.0002". This unique treatment enhances wear properties, significantly reduces friction, and provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench, each valve guarantees optimal performance and reliability. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction, ensuring smooth operation and extended lifespan.
