Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel. This lightweight yet strong forging boasts meticulously designed profiles that optimize flow characteristics, enhancing your engine's overall performance. A specialized German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", with a surface build-up of 0.0002", significantly improving wear properties and reducing friction. This innovative treatment provides superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve undergoes rigorous design analysis using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are thoroughly tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance.
