Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of high-quality EV8 Stainless Steel, offering a lightweight yet incredibly strong construction. Its meticulously designed profile optimizes flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine performance. Infused with a special German process, the valve boasts a surface treatment to a depth of 0.002" with a surface build-up of 0.0002", greatly enhancing wear properties, minimizing friction, and providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to ensure optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for added durability and reduced friction. Proudly made in the USA, this valve embodies quality craftsmanship and superior engineering.
