Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and light weight. The optimized profile provides excellent flow characteristics, maximizing your engine's potential. A special German infusion process penetrates the valve to a depth of 0.002", creating a surface build-up of 0.0002". This innovative treatment significantly improves wear properties, reduces friction, and offers superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profile is rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance. Finally, the stem is coated with black nitroneg for added protection and smooth operation.
