Description
The Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ Engine Valve is CNC machined from a one-piece forging of EV8 Stainless Steel, ensuring exceptional strength and lightweight performance. Its meticulously designed profile optimizes flow characteristics, contributing to improved engine efficiency and power output. The valve undergoes a specialized German infusion process, penetrating to a depth of 0.002" with a 0.0002" surface build-up. This innovative treatment enhances wear properties, minimizes friction, and provides unparalleled resistance to corrosion and wear, surpassing traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is designed utilizing Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and its profiles are rigorously tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance.
