Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, providing a lightweight yet incredibly strong component. The optimized profiles ensure excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine performance. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve is meticulously designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, with profiles tested on a computerized flow bench to guarantee optimal performance. The stems are coated with black nitroneg for increased durability and reduced friction. Proudly made in the USA, Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves represent the pinnacle of valve technology.
