Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, offering exceptional strength and durability while remaining lightweight. The valve profiles are meticulously designed to provide excellent flow, maximizing engine performance. A special German infusion process enhances the valve's wear properties, reducing friction and providing superior resistance to corrosion and wear compared to traditional chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Each valve design is validated using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software, and profiles are thoroughly tested on a computerized flow bench. The stems are coated with black nitroneg to further reduce friction and improve wear resistance. Manufactured in the USA, these valves represent the pinnacle of quality and performance.
