Description
Kibblewhite Black Diamond™ valves are CNC machined from one-piece forgings of EV8 Stainless Steel, providing a lightweight yet strong construction. The profiles are designed to deliver excellent flow characteristics, maximizing engine efficiency. Each valve undergoes Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) and computerized flow bench testing to ensure optimal performance. The valve is infused with a special German process to a depth of 0.002", improving wear properties, reducing friction, and offering superior corrosion and wear resistance compared to chrome and nickel electrolysis plating. Finally, the stems are coated with black nitroneg for enhanced durability and reduced friction. These valves are a must-have for any serious engine builder or enthusiast looking for reliable, high-performance components.
