Description
The K&N Performance Oil Filter utilizes a synthetic filter media that's specifically engineered to withstand the aggressive chemical properties of synthetic racing oils. This superior media provides exceptional filtration, trapping harmful contaminants while maintaining optimal oil flow. The large filter media area ensures high capacity and outstanding filtration efficiency, keeping your motor running cleaner and smoother for longer. The heavy-duty canister and base plate, combined with a double-rolled seal, provide maximum durability and leak protection. A pre-lubed base gasket simplifies installation, while the check-valve/anti-drain back valve (where applicable) prevents oil drain-back and dry starts, minimizing engine wear. For easy installation and removal, a 17 mm hex nut is welded to the top of the canister.
