Description
Specifically designed for rapid acceleration and high variable torque loads, the G-Force RedLine™ drive belt uses Gates' patented fiber-reinforced EE (ethyl elastomer) compound. This material maximizes transverse stiffness and heat resistance, maintaining optimal performance even under extreme conditions. The high-tensile aramid cord layer, combined with a specially formulated adhesion gum, maximizes acceleration, shock load resistance, and overall service life. With 75% better dynamic axial stiffness and 50% lower speed losses at temperatures up to 338°F (170°C), this belt ensures consistent power delivery. The fabric cog jacket on rounded bottom cogs promotes smooth shifting and offers superior abrasion resistance. Constructed without chlorinated compounds to reduce environmental impact, the Gates G-Force RedLine™ Drive Belt provides high performance with environmental consciousness.
