Galfer Brake Rotors are manufactured from 420 high-carbon stainless Tier-1 steel, ensuring exceptional durability and heat resistance. Each rotor is laser-cut, guaranteeing precise dimensions and eliminating imperfections caused by stamping. The rotors undergo individual heat treatment and double-disc parallel grinding to achieve perfect flatness, minimizing vibrations and maximizing contact with the brake pads. The floating two-piece design further enhances heat dissipation and reduces warping under extreme braking conditions. With a 300mm outside diameter, these rotors provide ample braking surface.
