By increasing oil volume and ensuring properly sized passages, this pump addresses common pressure and scavenge issues found in factory oil pumps, leading to improved engine performance and longevity.

Description

This Feuling oil pump is meticulously crafted to deliver superior oil flow and pressure. Featuring precision-machined pressure relief valve and bore, each pump is bench tested to ensure the relief valve seats and seals to a minimum of 30 psi, with full pop-off at 55-60 psi. When paired with a Feuling cam plate (sold separately), the pump effectively reduces engine and oil temperatures while boosting oil pressure and scavenge volume. This reduces oil buildup in the crankcase, allowing the engine to run cooler and more efficiently. Constructed from billet 6061 aluminum with a natural finish, this pump features high-flow 2.250" Chrome Moly gerotor gears for enhanced durability and performance. For M-Eight Twin-Cooled™ motors, it provides 30% more pressure gear volume and 53% more scavenge gear volume compared to stock pumps, while M-Eight oil-cooled motors receive a 27% increase in both pressure and scavenge gear volume.

Important to know

This high-performance oil pump requires being matched to a Feuling® High Flow cam plate (PART #0932-0192) for optimal performance. Please note that when the M-Eight oil pick up port is on the right side of the engine, letting the bike idle or warm up on the kickstand will naturally fill the engine case and skew the oil level in the tank. Cam plate is NOT included.
