CNC mandrel bending ensures precise shaping from heavy-duty 1-1/4" diameter steel tubing with a .120" wall thickness, providing strength and resilience. The EZ install design eliminates the struggle with internal wiring, allowing for quick and easy installation in minutes. This handlebar is knurled and notched for throttle-by-wire (TBW) applications, and it's proudly made in the USA.
