Crafted with precision and utilizing advanced materials, this front sprocket delivers exceptional strength and longevity, making it the ideal choice for demanding riding conditions.
Description
This Esjot front sprocket is constructed from a special high-grade steel 16MnCr5, featuring a high-quality case hardening process and precise gearing. This combination ensures exceptional strength and durability, perfect for wear-intensive environments. The weight optimization, achieved through lightening holes and additional twist-in design, makes it perfectly suited for racing applications. Despite the maximized weight reduction, there is no compromise on running performance. Manufactured on advanced CNC automatic lathes and broaching machines, this countershaft sprocket guarantees a precise fit on the drive shaft, with concentricity and axial run-out tolerances held to less than 0.1 mm. This 525 chain size sprocket with 17 teeth provides optimal power transfer and reliability for your motorcycle.
