The EBC DRC Series Clutch Kit features anti-swell, alloy-impregnated, heavy-duty cork-based friction facings that ensure smooth and consistent clutch engagement. Unlike paper clutches, these facings allow for superior modulation and prevent snatching. The complete engine set includes friction plates, heavy-duty springs, and steel separator plates, effectively preventing premature driven plate wear, oil muddying, and loss of stack height. The kit is built with swagged aluminum carriers that distribute the load on the clutch basket, preventing clutch basket "dogging." Furthermore, the included heavy-duty clutch springs are uprated by 10-15%, providing increased clamping force for improved performance and reliability.
