Description
The DP Brakes DPK clutch kit includes friction plates, steel drive plates, and clutch springs, ensuring a complete replacement solution. The exclusive high-heat friction materials offer fade-free performance, while the friction compounds are specifically designed for the demands of off-road and dual-sport bikes. These plates are significantly more durable, offering up to 300% more life than stock plates. The steel drive plates resist expansion, fading, and swelling, unlike stock aluminum plates. Increased weight of the steel plates adds a flywheel effect, improving starting and traction, while also preventing oil contamination. Furthermore, the kit is ready to race, eliminating the need for pre-soaking the plates in oil. The DPK clutch kits are packaged in a foam-lined hard plastic case to protect the clutch components before installation; this case is reusable for storing parts, tools, or other items.
