Description
The DP Brakes DPK clutch kit is designed for ultra-smooth power delivery and fade-free performance, thanks to its exclusive high-heat friction materials. The friction compounds are specifically formulated for off-road and dual-sport bikes, offering enhanced durability compared to OEM plates. Steel drive plates resist expansion, fading, and swelling, ensuring consistent performance in all conditions. The increased weight of the steel plates also adds a flywheel effect, aiding starting and improving traction. Clutch springs are precision-wound from premium chrome silicone wire, then heat-treated and shot-peened for maximum lifespan. These springs are individually designed to prevent slippage, providing a super-strong spring rate and improved clutch feel. The kit comes ready to race, eliminating the need to presoak plates in oil before installation. The included foam-lined hard plastic case protects the clutch components during shipping and can be reused for storing parts, tools, or other items.
