The DP Brakes DPK Clutch Kit is engineered for riders who demand the best. Each kit includes high-performance friction plates, steel drive plates, and precision-engineered clutch springs. The exclusive high-heat friction materials ensure fade-free performance, while the friction compounds are specifically formulated for off-road and dual-sport bikes. Steel drive plates resist expansion and prevent clutch swell, offering up to 300% more life than stock aluminum plates. The increased weight of the steel plates enhances the flywheel effect, aiding starting and improving traction. The clutch springs, made from chrome silicone wire, are heat-treated and shot-peened for maximum durability, providing a super-strong spring rate that eliminates slippage and improves clutch feel. The kit comes ready to race, so there is no need to pre-soak the plates in oil.
