The Demon Heavy-Duty Long Travel Axle is constructed from 4340 chromoly steel, ensuring exceptional strength and resistance to wear and tear. Featuring larger CV joints and a larger center shaft diameter, this axle can handle increased torque and stress. The CNC machined and micro-polished internal components contribute to smooth operation and enhanced durability. The re-engineered cage design further enhances durability, providing long-lasting performance in demanding conditions. With a swing angle of up to 47°, this axle delivers enhanced flexibility and maneuverability on the trail. Each axle is fully assembled for easy installation, getting you back on the road faster. The TPEE boot offers superior resistance to wear and tear, protecting the axle from the elements. The Demon Heavy-Duty Long Travel Axle is compatible with numerous long travel kits including Cognito Motorsports, Extreme Performance, Fireball Racing HCR and more. It comes with a two-year limited warranty for peace of mind.
