Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle is built to handle the toughest challenges, featuring a robust design and premium materials. Its wide articulation angles and dual plunge design effectively prevent binding, ensuring smooth and consistent power delivery. The axle's CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the shaft diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, providing significantly enhanced strength and longevity. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel, this axle offers exceptional resistance to wear and tear. The thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots are packed with high-load molybdenum grease, offering superior protection and lubrication. The inner cage is precision CNC machined from 4340 chromoly material, ensuring precise fit and optimal performance. Compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands, this axle offers versatility and ease of installation.
