Description
The Demon Heavy-Duty Complete Axle features a robust design with wide articulation angles and a dual plunge, preventing binding even under extreme conditions. The CV joints are 10%-15% larger than standard joints, and the axle diameter is increased by 15%-20% compared to OEM axles, delivering enhanced durability. Constructed from dual heat-treated, high-strength chromoly steel shafts and a 4340 chromoly inner cage, this axle is precision CNC machined for optimal performance. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer (TPEE) boots, packed with high-load molybdenum grease, provide excellent protection against wear and tear. It is compatible with 2", 3", 4", and 5" bracket lifts, portal gear lifts, and A-arms of particular brands.
